Data-driven Modelling for Mechanical Systems (D2MMS 2026)

We successfully hosted the five-day international summer school, D2MMS 2026, bringing together students, research scholars, postdoctoral fellows, and industry professionals. Hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the program focused on bridging foundational engineering with advanced computational techniques.

Participants engaged in intensive hands-on sessions and expert lectures led by prominent national and international researchers alongside our industrial partners. The comprehensive curriculum provided deep dives into cutting-edge domains, including: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) & Computational Mechanics, Reduced-Order Modelling & Digital Twins, Robotics & High-Fidelity Simulations, Scientific Machine Learning
